Glo Aesthetics Boutique Policies
To ensure every client receives the highest quality care, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your treatment. While we will make every effort to complete your service within the remaining appointment time, Glo Aesthetic Boutique reserves the right to reschedule appointments when a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. In these cases, the cancellation fee outlined in our Cancellation & No-Show Policy may apply.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Glo Aesthetic Boutique, we maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure appointment availability for all clients and to respect the time of our providers.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice (no-show) will incur the following fees, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:
Injection & Medical Appointments
15-minute appointments: $50
30–59-minute appointments: $100
60+ minute appointments: $150
Skin Health Appointments
Skin Consultation: $30
Any Skin Health Service: $50
Clients who accumulate three (3) no-shows or late cancellations will be required to prepay in full when scheduling future appointments. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. Appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will have the prepaid amount applied as a credit toward a future service at Glo Aesthetic Boutique.
Our providers are often booked weeks or months in advance, and we frequently have a waiting list. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer those appointment times to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to continue providing exceptional care while respecting the time of both our team and our clients.

Refund Policy
All services provided by Glo Aesthetic Boutique are non-refundable. Because aesthetic treatments produce results that vary from person to person, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired results and will be the responsibility of the client.
Retail Products
Retail product purchases are non-refundable. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product only.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificate purchases are final and are non-refundable.
